I think that this is not really exclusive to the weight guardian, but it either raises a problem of either stopping losing weight or slowing down considerably. I passed through it and now I am passing it, but I would like to tell you my reasons why this happened and what I am doing with a weight guardian.
In the first month the weight drops considerably rapidly. You are losing a lot of moisture (this is a good thing - you do not want your body to keep that water). And if you take less calories you will naturally lose weight.
After that, 2 to 3 months will hit, only 1 to 2 pounds will be lost, or it will be lost at all. I have a theory on why this is. I am not a doctor, I do not have a medical degree, but I think I know what I am talking about in this theory.
I believe that your body does not want to lose weight naturally. It is about to survive. I know that there was a time when we had eaten 3,500 - 4,500 calories a day easily, but 2500 - 3000 was probably a more general range. Your body will be adjusted to that amount. The body works to burn as much calories as possible and survive. My body could not be baked, but it was stored as fat.
When you cut your calories, the reverse is true. For example, when I started a weight guardian, I reduced my food intake and had taken 57 points per day, but I lost weight in the first month with fewer calories I was eating . But my body is about to survive. The body saves energy and tries to find the balance between what you are using and what you need to survive.
This is one of the reasons why weight guards are tired. Their body is slowing down to save energy to balance the things being taken in. Therefore, it is difficult to lose weight because you are fighting the body instinct to survive.
So, what are you doing? Just doing the point of the weight guardian is not enough. You may slowly and surely lose 1 pound or 2 pounds, but it is very discouraging. If you like me, you may take weeks without losing weight while keeping the plan until the time to give up.
Tell me what I think is the two best ways to keep weight on the weight we found:
First, you must exercise. My metabolism in the past 10 years was very slow and low. I discovered that it takes a very long time to rebuild your metabolism through exercises. But I need to exercise. Regardless of the content of website or information advertisement, it is not an option.
In order to survive, you need to force your body to burn more calories than you want. I need 2000 calories a day to survive and my body will not lose weight if I am eating 2,000 calories. I can start eating less than 2000 calories, but my body will be adjusted to survive quickly. So, you need to increase the amount of calories needed for your body than what I eat. And the way that happens is by exercise.
By walking around bow flex, hiking, treadmill, health club etc, you can increase my body's requirement to 2200 or 2300 calories. As I continue exercising, I can increase metabolism and further increase that number. As an extreme example, let's consider Michael Phelps at the Olympic Games. He constantly eats 8,000 to 12,000 calories everyday. Because his body is burning for days to catch up with training and competition. When he is not competitive, I'm sure he will eat less, otherwise he will be a balloon like me.
So I am only eating 2,000 calories (or 53 watches watcher points) on the 1st day, but my body stores fat if my body needs 2300 on that day due to increased metabolism and exercise , I convert it to the necessary energy (what I learned with Atkins food). Therefore, I can lose weight again.
Secondly, I also need to use a weekly watcher point. One of the popular weight loss informalmals several years ago was Skinny Switch Diet. It was a low carbohydrate diet, but we had two meals a week and two foods per week. Ice cream, pizza, cookie, cake and so on. This was to "trick" your body containing extra calories, carbohydrates, fats etc. Therefore, instead of keeping adjusting the amount of carbohydrates less than in the body, in order to survive this high carbohydrate snack you will "reset" your instinct.
I think that the same thing can be said about the weighted watcher point once a week. For example, I will get 49 points a week. I can not use all of them. I can not use any of them. Or I can blow it away at once and use them in a day (54 + 49 = many foods a day). This can "reset" the natural instincts of the body to survive, thinking that calories have increased and can move it. To survive at least a little, you can help adjust your body downwards all the time.
Most people are afraid to use these points, like taboos. I will talk to someone who is not using weekly points in a few months. It is time to get out of the survival mode and return to fat burning mode with some of them.
So, I will go there. My theory is three parts:
1. Use the weight Watcher plus point system. I can do it. It has been proved.
2. Because I exercise to burn more calories and improve my metabolism in one day than I need in my body, I lose weight
Beating now please to prevent my body from being unpredictable and becoming everyday.
