Treatment of ADHD with herbs and supplements is controversial. As more medicinal researchers review the merits of traditional herbs in the treatment of symptoms such as memory loss of Alzheimer's disease some of the advantages of these herbs and supplements in the treatment of inattention problems in ADHD Interesting questions are raised. In the United States, complementary drug research has just begun. As native remedies are being studied more extensively, it may be surprising to find a cure for ADHD to grow in our garden.

Some herb teachers recommend herbal tea for ADHD. Many teas are recommended, but Peony, Bakopa, Lemon Balm, and Carrots are some things that occasionally show several advantages in medical research. Adults with ADHD may be willing to try some of these teas, but it is sometimes difficult for children to try these.

Although there are limited studies linking most of these tea to the improvement of attention, there are many positive studies that link the ginseng and health outcomes. Even other products called ginseng, there are other standard substances such as Indian ginseng (Ashwagandha) and Asian ginseng (Rhodiola). All Azomethogenes that seem to promote stress & ginseng. Stress seems to exacerbate problems related to all brains, as ginseng can not be hurt by treatment of ADHD.

ADHD physician, Daniel Amen, MD, who diagnoses different types of ADHD based on SPECT scans recommends Rhodiola for patients with symptoms of slow cognitive tempo and Rhodiola is useful for symptoms There is a possibility that there is a literature Rhodiola seems to have a stimulating effect than dull Chinese ginseng.

Amino acids (tyrosine, L-carnitine, and phosphatidylserine) have been extensively studied as treatment for attention deficit disorder in children and adults. They seem to have quit their job, many of ADHD patients have worked for the first few weeks. Some scientists believe that they must have the exact amount and combination of specific vitamins for amino acids to produce a difference. And if these combinations are missing, amino acids have no effect.

Pycnogenol has been studied and is not necessarily required in ADHD, but seems to be of some aid in memory. Omega-3 fatty acids probably help brain functions and zinc, and folic acid also helps the symptoms of ADHD. Zinc helps to keep our enzyme in a normal state, supports our immune system function, nervous function, is a good mineral for our senses and hair health. Folate is a water-soluble vitamin belonging to the vitamin B group. It is important because it plays a role in processing amino acids and also plays a role in many cellular functions in the body. Researchers also believe that it is necessary to maintain healthy levels of calcium, magnesium, iron and choline and believe that these vitamins and minerals may play a role in managing symptoms of attention deficit.

Many older herbal remedies have helped memory and attention. The ginseng I mentioned above is a herb that has been used for many years to enhance memory, but there are rosemary scents, grape seed oil, onion, garlic, and so on. Complementary medical research is in the early stages of the United States here. I believe that as some of these native therapies are studied more extensively, amazing treatments may be found in our garden.
