If you love herbal tea, like me you know that you are a bit expensive. However, growing her own herb is easy and very fun!
Here are just a few of the herbs you may want to think for the tea garden:
Chamomile: Do you remember Peter Rabbit's favorite tea? When making tea, only this fragrant herbal flower is used. Chamomile tea can be enjoyed alone, or you can add mint or lemon verbena.
Lemon balm: This herb is a touch of mint and lemon, making a calming cup of tea. It is easier to grow (almost too easy), so leave it cut.
Lemon · Verbena: Make delicious tea with excellent herbs growing in sunny places. Please combine with orange mint and spearmint.
Mint: I have many mints. Generally, they are aromatic plants, they are aggressive. It will not take over your herbal garden so it may be a good idea to plant mint in the pot and place the pot on the ground. Spearmint, peppermint and orange mint all make a great cafe alone, or with chamomile or lemon herbs.
Herbal tea can be made with fresh or dried herbs and you can enjoy either hot or cold.
For a cup of warm tea, please use one cup of dried herbs or three cups of fresh herbs. Hurting fresh herb leaves helps to release the taste. Pour boiling water on herbs into glass or pot pot. Metal pots can sometimes leave metal taste. Please hurry about five minutes. Please enjoy with little honey for strain and sweetness.
The sun's tea can be made simply by filling the bottle with water, putting crushed fresh herbs and leaving it in the sun for 3 - 4 hours. Stir a little honey, sweeten it, pour it on the ice, please enjoy.
Trying out various combinations of herbs is fun. You can also add spices, such as cinnamon and cloves, at hand.
Growing and making her own herb tea has many advantages. Gardening itself is very relaxing and rewarding. With herbs from your garden you can relieve your troubles with a cup of chamomile tea or you can make your own peppermint tea after diligent days.
