The first thing I think I need to say is that there are no drawbacks in going to green. Not only that, it is difficult, totally green, completely expensive, time-consuming. Nonetheless, we all need to reduce our carbon footprint and fulfill our role to alleviate, mitigate and reverse the damage we've already brought to the ecosystem. I support all companies that support enterprises, manufacturers, salons, spas, or distributors and promote green responsibilities. But the sad fact is that most of the above companies are using realistic and current risks as an opportunity to increase profits based on fear. The beauty industry's acrylic nail segment is suffering in part as a result, as it needs to become green with these fear-based marketing campaigns.

I have made most of you a more conscientious choice and bear more responsibility for protecting the Earth of our home country. Flying cars and space exploration are not what I promised when I was a child. For now, we need to learn how to keep deadlines on protecting the earth. We all need to study what really means to be green and more educate. Unless informed to us, we are ignorant and everything is lost.

I regularly visit the salon and the day spa advertising them are using green, chemical free, or all natural products. There is no clue as to what these technical terms mean. They advertise because they know what consumers are looking for and what other salons are doing. Being green now is highly marketable and highly profitable sales trends. Unfortunately, the final result will be a lot of people talking about becoming green, protecting clients, but they are not actually going.

I am surprised many times over and over. I heard the phrase "Because there is no chemical substance in this product or service, this is all natural so it is good".

Chemical free is a fundamental marketing term, it has nothing to do with all nature and consumer safety. In many cases, we are chemically free, meaning all related naturally. There is nothing to do with all natural, green, or good things for you or your skin. Poison Ivy, Rattle Snake Bomb is "all natural", but it is not suitable for salon supplies. When asked to me, the word "chemicals" causes pop-ups too frequently. A very clear and mental image (dangerous thing) is drawn in our heart. Except for light and electricity, everything is a chemical substance.

A representative example of this chemical brainwashing is potentially hazardous as it is a nail industry because there are lots of erroneous information such as chemical strengthening of artificial nails, chemical substances, smells and toxins. This was rejected by many salons. We will no longer provide acrylic nail service and will switch gel service and natural manicure to "safe" substitutes. In fact, the gelel product is not safer than acrylic. The only important difference is that the gelel products are odorless. We usually do not say anything, as most people know that "customers are always the right philosophy" by living things. But the silence of salon experts is sometimes the truth of the client. Without talking, by providing intelligent answers to consumers and clients, they inadvertently create monsters, eventually returning them to hunt and creating trust in consumers of malfunctions.

As of now, many reputable nail bars, salons, home based businesses remain in the acrylic enhancement, and we offer this wonderful service. However, if this trend continues, I fear many nail salons and home based businesses can no longer remain in business. Life is about balance. While defending our planet and finding ways to support many businesses, there is a way to find experts relying on clients that show beautiful nail enhancement. I think that better education might be the key, one.
