
What is psoriasis?
The name psoriasis is the origin of the Greek word "Psora". Itching, inflammation, skin disorder, roughness, redness appears in the affected area, and there are fine silver scales. It causes life style related diseases, not infectious diseases and infectious diseases.
Cause. Symptom; Relief:
According to Ayurveda, impurities in the blood together with emotional factors are the main cause of the disease, and it is accepted that it has a genetic component. This disease appears as a small scar on the back of the elbow and the front of the knee, each covered with a white scaled hat. It happens due to imbalance between vata and kapha dosha. Irregular dietary habits, ingestion of incompatible ingredients, salted items; alcohol, tobacco etc may also activate this disease. Psoriasis Ayurveda treatment uses three approaches for ahara (diet), vihara (lifestyle), aushada (medicine).
Ayurveda proposes specific doses and doses for psoriasis:
1) Reduce the stress level and maintain the level of restlessness. Practice Pranayama, breathing and spiritual exercise has been proved successful in treating almost all kinds of chronic skin diseases.
2) Please do not pierce, peel or scrub the towel on the skin. Avoid soap and other exciting cleaning methods. After drying the skin, apply the herbs well to the affected area.
3) Wear cotton clothes. Do not control natural urges such as urination, intestines, burp, farts.
4) Avoid cold water bath immediately after massive exercise, active walk etc.
5) Consume easily digested food. Diet must be strictly vegetarian and yoghurt. Chile, black gram, excessive salt intake should be avoided. You should also avoid refrigerated and cold foods.
Psoriasis is an inflammatory discontinuous skin disorder, with roughness and redness appearing in fine silvery scales. Psoriasis can be thought of as an imbalance between Vata and Kapha doshas. Irregular eating habits, ingestion of foods that can not be eaten together (eg dairy products with fish meat), overdose of yoghurt, black grams, items of seafood, salted items, alcohol and tobacco enhance this disease there is a possibility.
There are few Ayurvedic medications and treatments:
1) Guggul is a herb of Ayurveda obtained from the resin of a small tree growing in the northwestern part of India and is useful for treating psoriasis. It has anti-inflammatory action and lipid lowering action, it removes fat in the body, extra body fluid, penetrates deep into tissues. Effective Kapha-and Vata-pacifying supplement.
2) Psora lamban, an Ayurveda product, is a liquid mixture made from herbs and plants with unique characteristics to overcome all types of psoriasis.
3) Neem is one of the best blood purifiers and antidotes known to Ayurveda. It strengthens the immune system, and neem oil is itself a disinfectant. Leaf extracts are used as preservatives and can be used effectively for the treatment of psoriasis. It destroys fungi and bacteria and is ideal for almost all kinds of skin diseases including skin redness and itching.
4) Extracts of Margosa leaves, including cow dung and bovine urine extracts, may repel due to ingredients and odors, but the conclusion is that it is quite effective.
5) Some daily usage items recommended by Ayurveda are green leaf baskets, bitter gourd juice, sesame, lecithin seeds, vitamin E rich foods.
Apart from medicine, diet control, controlled lifestyle and yoga are taking a long way to get the best results from Ayurveda for the treatment of psoriasis.
