Do you want to become a spiritual person? Have you tried to be spiritual? In order to be a spiritual person who can advance spirituality in everyday life, you need to check whether your transformation is ready to become spiritual. Generally speaking, you can check your preparations with two aspects, spiritual and physical. The spiritual aspect includes your decision to spiritual support, early mental moment, spiritual thought. Physical aspects include my physical condition and living situation.

First of all, we need to acquire correct knowledge about spirituality and truth. You can read some books and articles, ask yourself, and ask a variety of spiritual people to get the proper knowledge. As you learn such knowledge you will consider how strong you are in your mind toward spiritual progress. This is the first and most important step as spirituality can not advance toward the truth without correct knowledge.

When you have finished acquiring knowledge, you begin to address the physical aspects of spirituality. First of all, clean your room and house! Please try to remove spiritual things from the room you use for meditation. Next, clean your body! Start eating less meat products. Please eat health food. Ideally, the meal should have plenty of vegetables and fruits. Start control of alcohol, sugar and caffeine intake. You can change to coffee or tea without caffeine. Let's drink several cups of herbal tea each day! Such detoxification of your body makes your body physically sensitive to spiritual spiritual moments.

Now let's reaffirm the situation of your daily life for your spiritual progress. You should prioritize important things in your life. For example, your family, work, spiritual progress, communication with boys and girls friends may be prioritized. However, drinking beer only, going to casinos, playing video games, watching TV might not have high ownership. This priority will get absorbed in your life. You have so much time in this life. Therefore, you should focus on what is truly valuable and meaningful!

By setting priority, you will check material elements in your daily life. If you have lots of things around you, you may be trapped by materialism. If you want to buy lots of things or shop to satisfy your material desire, you are certainly trapped in materialism. Remember that materiality is an obstacle in advancing spirituality.

You can start anti - materialistic action by enumerating what you definitely need in your daily life. Next, enumerate what you might use occasionally. Finally, mention what you no longer use. Please take care of what you need without doubt! For those you may occasionally use, please keep in these places that you can easily find. For what you no longer use, you may want to put it in the stock room or in the garage! You can also consider selling, donating, or leasing to someone. The point is that if you can definitely use it, you can make your life and environment very simple. Remember, simple life (less material life) will make your life more spiritual.

Once your physical aspect is ready, we will start on the last two things in a spiritual way. As your daily living environment is ready so far, your first spiritual moment may come to you at any time. How can I experience the first spiritual moment? Some people have already experienced it. For example, you may feel unusual happiness from your mind when you see that your room is clean and substances are low. You may feel unusual pleasure when you have more time with your family. These small ones are certain. You may experience spiritual moments when you are walking through the woods or driving a car.

Recognizing the first spiritual moment, you have transformed into a more spiritual thing. You are now ready to advance your spirituality. I suggested five simple exercises in your daily life for you.

Five simple practices in daily life:

1. 5 minutes of meditation (twice a day)
- Find a place for your meditation. You can meditate everywhere. For example, you can meditate with office or car.
- Make sure that the place of your meditation is clean and quiet.
- Please find the time to meditate. The recommended time is (1) before breakfast, (2) before dinner. If you can not secure a certain time in your life, try meditating whenever you find the right environment.

2. Express one gratitude in one day.
- Do not think too much! You can thank merely that you did not get an accident today. I am pleased if you can see beautiful flowers today.

3. Tell me something good about you.
You can say that today you had a wonderful meditation. You can say that people greeted brightly and sincerely.

4. Eat right.
- I'm about to eat healthy food. Control of alcohol and caffeine intake.

5. Record your progress every day.
- This is my progress report so that you can see your spiritual progress.
