Drinking hot tea is very popular all over the world. I am convinced that the majority of my readers are very familiar with it. In India I moved to the United States, this drink is literally called "mixed spice tea" CHA and CHAI. It was recognized worldwide as Masala Chai in India and gained popularity. Whenever you are alone with friends and family, Masarachai is served. The business communities in India drink Masala Chai for business transactions and business related gatherings. They drink tea even during the hot weather during market hours.

The term "tea time" was very popular by British people. There is a proverb saying "Every time it is tea time" among British people. They were rulers of India, but tea time was the usual travel time. This tradition continues today even after the UK left India. It is now a big time, it has become a tradition of India.

Most homes in India are preparing Masara Indian Chai every day.

There is an easy recipe for preparing Masala Chai.

Four main ingredients are fixed in India Masarachai:

· Tea Leaves - tea leaves grown on the slope of the Darjeeling Mountains of West Bengal, India.

· Mixed ground spice - called MASALA - is prepared by mixing ginger root or fresh ginger roots, cinnamon powder, clove powder and cardamom pods or powder. Also, fresh mint leaves and lemon grass are added to the tea we prepare at home.

People from different parts of India are modifying this recipe for regional influences and traditions. It can also include saffron, anise seeds, bay leaves. St. Basil leaves. In addition, the amount of each ingredient also depends on the taste of the person making it or the person drinking it.

· By adding fresh milk or milk powder or non-dairy products, Indian masala tea becomes its own national beverage. Some versions may contain vanilla or chocolate Steamed milk, Chai production called Chai Latte is sold at coffee shops and Starbucks.

Sweetener - If you like or want to, you can add fresh sugar, brown sugar or honey.

Indian chai is not only a refreshing drink but also a heartfelt thing, you can enjoy it anytime of the day and night. It is a healthy and nutritious drink.

Masala's ingredients help the overall health of the digestive tract, respiratory system, and peripheral circulation. Indian chai is very harmless, non-alcoholic drinking and non-alcoholic drinking.

Traditional cooking methods depend on the number of cups in a chai cup. In our house, my wife and I drink chai twice a day. We drink one cup each morning.

Actual preparation:

1 cup of tap water in a metal pot.

2. I add 1 teaspoon of Masala, a piece of fresh ginger root, 5-6 leaves of spearmint, chopped leaves of lemon grass.

3. I will boil water. I will continue to stir for 1-2 minutes so that the ingredients mix well.

4. Next, slowly add 1 teaspoon of tea (you can add it at any time).

5. As water becomes dark brown, add fresh milk if necessary. The amount depends on the taste of the individual.

6. Boil it for several minutes watching it carefully, so it will not boil.

7. Use kitchen mittens or clamps to handle very hot tools. Please put the tea in a separate cup with a strainer. Masarachai is ready to drink.

8. This entire process should not exceed 8-10 minutes.

Besides Masala Tea, there is an exotic mixture of herbs and spices called herb tea. People drink these combinations to improve their mood, mind, and soul.
