Tinctures as defined in medical terms prepare solutions of drug substances in alcohol or diluted alcohol. If people can not prepare alcohol, you can use organic apple cider vinegar or glycerin for some preparations.
Alcohol tincture is prepared by soaking herbs in alcohol spirits, heating herbs and alcohol at various temperatures, or filtering alcohol with herbs suspended in parchment of parchment. This last is accomplished in the same way that coffee is made in several coffee makers, except that soluble plant material hangs through the filter and then herb-impregnated alcohol is used .
Alcohol

Basic tincture technique
The easiest home preparation is done by deepening herbs of either vodka, gin, whiskey or brandy. In this way I always know that my tincture can be used internally when I need it.
One pint of 90 evidence vodka or gin
4 oz c / s (carved) herb
I cut off the cut herbs (the powder tends to get fiery) for about two weeks. We will spread herbs and herbs. Label the bottle.
In case of stronger tincture
A strong tincture can be made by filtering anti-corruption alcohol with a coarse herb. Place the herb on a conical parchment. The filtered alcohol is repeatedly passed through a powdered or cut herb. If you want to expand the amount of tincture, add 4 ounces of water and 1 teaspoon of glycerine every 1 alcoholic pint. Glycerin is optional, but additional preservatives are often used by professional pharmacists.
Lavender compound tincture
This recipe shows how to combine several oils and powders. This tincture is prepared by filtration. It is a nice compound of spices and can be used with other herbal medicines. It is the old treatment of stomach anxiety, nausea, flatulence
The dose is 7 drops of 1/4 chunk of sugar, 15 drops of 1/2 mass, 30 drops in total. Or, sugar may be mixed with a few tablespoon of water and drops are added to the water.
1/4 ounce oil of lavender
Rosemary oil 1/4 oz
1/2 ounce cinnamon powder
1/4 oz. Fine quality nutmeg powder
A handful of sandalwood chips
1 1/2 pint alcohol
2 cups of water
Dissolve oil in alcohol. Add water. Mix the powder. Damp the mixture with a liquid ounce of oil alcohol solution. Stuff in a conical percolator like Chemtex and slowly pour alcohol solution.
Calcium tincture for daily calcium demand [Vinegar tincture]
Please open dozens of eggs. Put the inside of the egg for use of food (please keep in mind how you fit). Dry the eggshell and pull out the membrane. Mix dry eggshell in powder with mixer or mortar. In addition to Apple Cider vinegar's pint, please use quotes in 2 quart bottles. It's tough to prepare. Please cap the bottle immediately. I use 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Since the combination of apple cider vinegar and honey provides the necessary hydrochloric acid, we also use this old-fashioned private therapy tincture in combination with honey. If you are deficient, use 2 tablespoons, more than 3 times a day. Do not use if there is an ulcer. Keep refrigerated.
