Multi vitamins - who are they? Well, perhaps, Americans spend $ 4 million a year on multivitamin alone. 70% of Australians are not very enthusiastic and spending only 2,300,000,000 dollars. Yes, that is ton of 1 ton!
Who needs it? Well, that is not the only thing to say that we are eating a balanced diet every day, placing lots of fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains, dairy products, chicken and fish, etc every day. Most people who think they are doing well do not understand the enormous amount they must consume to maintain a balanced diet.
Well, most people need multivitamin, which one do you choose? Consuming more than 30,000 vitamins in the market has a lot of choices about finding the bottle you think is normal or cheapest. After all, is vitamin right is vitamin?
Fortunately, seven Canadian and American biochemists came to save us from our ignorance. They examined each of these multivitamins by separating and measuring each component such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and so on.

Not only 50% of the 110 total vitamins have not reached 10%, 11 eleven total vitamins were more than 25% of what the human body needs every day.
As popular supermarket brands are forced to compete with other supermarkets, there are probably all features below 10%. The downside for you means that the product you take everyday is a very inferior supplement.
